Responsible Gaming Policy
QuickMilly is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all of our players. We believe that gaming should be a fun form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial difficulty.
All games on our platform are designed for entertainment purposes. Purchases are intended only to enhance your experience. If gaming is no longer fun, it's time to take a step back.
Responsible Gaming Tools
We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gaming experience. You can access these through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Purchase Limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your purchases. Once a limit is reached, no further purchases can be made until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
Session Reminders
Enable session reminders to receive a notification after a set amount of play time (e.g. 1, 2, or 3 hours). This helps you stay aware of how long you've been playing and make informed decisions about continuing.
Time-Out Periods
Take a temporary break from gaming by activating a time-out period. Choose 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to access your account or make purchases. The time-out cannot be reversed once set.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer or permanent break from gaming, you can request self-exclusion by contacting our support team at support@quickmilly.us. Include "SELF-EXCLUDE" in the subject line along with the following information:
- Your full name as shown on your account
- The email address associated with your account
- Your preferred exclusion period (or permanent)
Your account will be promptly disabled upon receipt of your request. A member of our support team will follow up to confirm the exclusion details.
Definite Period: Self-exclude for a set number of days, weeks, or months. The exclusion cannot be reversed until the period expires.
Indefinite Period: Self-exclude for an indefinite period. A request to lift an indefinite exclusion will be granted no sooner than 3 months after we receive such a request.
During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from us and will not have access to the platform. We also recommend uninstalling the application and self-excluding from any other gaming platforms you use.
Self-Assessment
If you're concerned about your gaming habits, ask yourself the following questions. The more you answer "yes," the more likely it is that your gaming may be becoming problematic.
- Do you spend more time or money on gaming than you originally intended?
- Have you had repeated failed attempts to stop or control your gaming?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when trying to reduce gaming?
- Do you play games to escape worry, stress, or other problems?
- Have you ever lied to family or friends about the amount of time or money spent on gaming?
- Have you ever neglected responsibilities at work, school, or home due to gaming?
- Have you ever borrowed money or sold possessions to fund gaming?
- Have you ever felt hopeless or depressed as a result of gaming?
If you answered "yes" to several of these questions, we strongly encourage you to seek help. Recognizing the issue is the first and most important step.
Tips for Safe Gameplay
- Set a time limit before you start playing and stick to it.
- Only play with money you can afford to spend on entertainment.
- Take regular breaks during gaming sessions.
- Never chase losses or try to win back money you've spent.
- Do not play when you are angry, stressed, or feeling emotional.
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
- Keep gaming as one of many forms of entertainment — not your only one.
- Be aware that outcomes are random and cannot be predicted by past results.
Understanding Game Outcomes
All game outcomes on our platform are determined by random number generators and cannot be predicted or influenced. It is important to understand these principles:
- Randomness: Each game outcome is independent and random. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
- No "due" wins: Believing you are "due for a win" after a series of losses is a common misconception. The probability remains the same for each play.
- Time does not help: Playing for longer does not increase your chances of winning.
- No lucky charms: Rituals, lucky items, or superstitions have no effect on game outcomes.
Protection of Minors
You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 in some jurisdictions) to use QuickMilly. Underage gaming is strictly prohibited. We have identity verification systems in place to prevent minors from accessing our platform.
If you share your devices with minors, we recommend using parental controls and internet filtering software to restrict access to gaming platforms. Do not share your account credentials with anyone, especially minors.
