QuickMilly Invite-a-Friend Promotion Terms

Effective Date: June 24, 2026

These Invite-a-Friend Promotion Terms (the "Promotion Terms") govern participation in the QuickMilly referral program (the "Promotion") operated by InspireCore Technologies Inc. ("QuickMilly", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms, the QuickMilly Terms of Use, the Sweepstakes Rules, and all applicable laws.

1. Definitions

  • Referrer: An existing verified QuickMilly account holder who shares their unique referral link.
  • Invited Friend: A new customer who registers a QuickMilly account using a Referrer's unique referral link.
  • Qualified Referral: An Invited Friend who satisfies all criteria set out in Section 4 below.
  • Gold Coins ("GC"): Promotional play currency with no cash value. GC cannot be redeemed.
  • Sweeps Coins ("SC"): Free promotional currency that may be used and redeemed only in accordance with the QuickMilly Sweepstakes Rules.
  • Tier: A reward milestone triggered by an Invited Friend's cumulative qualifying purchases, as set out in Section 5.
  • Qualifying Window: The 30-day period described in Section 4.3, beginning on the date the Invited Friend registers.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion begins on June 24, 2026 and continues until withdrawn or amended by QuickMilly. We will provide at least 72 hours' notice on the Promotions page before any material change or termination of the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Referrers

To participate as a Referrer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is greater);
  • Reside in a U.S. state where QuickMilly is not restricted;
  • Hold a verified QuickMilly account in good standing that has completed KYC identity verification;
  • Not be subject to self-exclusion, account suspension, or any anti-money-laundering or fraud review.

3.2 Invited Friends

To qualify as an Invited Friend, an individual must:

  • Meet the same age, location, and verification standards as Referrers;
  • Have never previously held a QuickMilly account, in their own name or any other name;
  • Not share a residential address, household, device, network, or payment instrument with the Referrer (see Section 6).

4. Qualified Referral Criteria

An Invited Friend becomes a Qualified Referral only when ALL of the following occur:

  1. The Invited Friend clicks the Referrer's unique referral link and completes registration in the same browser session;
  2. The Invited Friend successfully passes KYC identity verification, and the name on their KYC matches the name on the payment instrument used for any purchase;
  3. The Invited Friend completes qualifying purchases using an approved payment method that is not associated with any other QuickMilly account, reaching at least the Tier 1 threshold defined in Section 5.

4.1 KYC Required on Both Sides

Both the Referrer and the Invited Friend must hold accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. No reward is issued until both accounts are verified.

4.2 Payment Method Must Match Identity

The payment instrument used by an Invited Friend for any qualifying purchase must be registered in that Invited Friend's own legal name, matching their KYC record. Purchases funded by a payment method belonging to another person — including the Referrer — do not count toward any Tier and may void all related rewards.

4.3 30-Day Qualifying Window

An Invited Friend must reach the Tier 1 threshold (Section 5) within 30 days of registering their account. If the Tier 1 threshold is not reached within this 30-day window, the referral does not qualify and the Referrer is not eligible for any reward in connection with that Invited Friend. Tier 2 progress (Section 5) continues to accrue after the window only for Invited Friends who reached Tier 1 within the window.

5. Rewards

The Promotion is a two-tier program. Rewards are paid to the Referrer only. Invited Friends do not receive a referral reward.

5.1 Tier 1

When an Invited Friend's cumulative qualifying purchases reach $50 USD within the Qualifying Window, the Referrer receives 50,000 GC + 25 SC.

5.2 Tier 2

When that same Invited Friend's cumulative qualifying purchases reach $500 USD, the Referrer receives an additional 100,000 GC + 75 SC.

The maximum reward per Qualified Referral across both Tiers is 150,000 GC + 100 SC.

5.3 Reward Issuance

  • Rewards are credited to the Referrer's account after the applicable Tier threshold is met and verified.
  • GC have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. SC may be used and redeemed only in accordance with the QuickMilly Sweepstakes Rules.
  • Reward SC are credited as a distinct, tagged reward bucket separate from any purchased or other promotional SC.

5.4 Reward Playthrough

SC awarded under this Promotion are subject to a 1X playthrough requirement: the reward SC must be played through one time before any prizes obtained with that reward SC become eligible for redemption. The playthrough requirement applies only to the reward SC bucket and not to any other SC in the Referrer's account.

5.5 High-Volume Referrers

Referrers who consistently generate a high volume of Qualified Referrals may be contacted by QuickMilly with an enhanced reward arrangement or additional benefits. Any such arrangement is offered at QuickMilly's sole discretion.

6. Limits and Anti-Abuse

6.1 One Person, Household, Device, Network, and Payment Instrument

  • Multiple accounts, shared payment instruments, shared devices, and shared networks are prohibited and will void all related rewards.
  • QuickMilly may enforce a limit of one participating account per device, per IP address, and per network in connection with the Promotion.

6.2 No Household or Family Referrals

Referrals between members of the same household are not eligible. A "member of the same household" includes any person who shares, or has shared, the same residential address as the Referrer for a minimum of three (3) months within the prior twelve (12) months. This includes, without limitation, family members and other residents at the same address.

6.3 Referral Cap

A Referrer may earn rewards for a maximum of 100 Qualified Referrals per rolling 30-day period. Referrals beyond this cap may be held, reviewed, or declined at QuickMilly's discretion.

6.4 No Paid Search or Keyword Buying

You may not bid on, purchase, or otherwise use QuickMilly's brand name, trademarks, or any confusingly similar terms as keywords in paid search or any pay-per-click advertising to distribute your referral link.

6.5 Reservation of Rights

QuickMilly may refuse, withhold, delay, or reclaim (claw back) rewards — including rewards already credited — where it suspects abuse, fraud, collusion, automation, bot activity, identity or payment mismatch, or any violation of these Promotion Terms or the Terms of Use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Post your referral link on coupon websites, bonus-code forums, paid advertising platforms, or any public unsolicited-distribution channel;
  • Use any automated, scripted, or bulk distribution method to share your referral link;
  • Bid on QuickMilly brand terms in paid search (see Section 6.4);
  • Misrepresent the Promotion or QuickMilly when sharing your link.

Referral links may only be shared directly via private messages, email, or private social-media posts to people you personally know.

8. Verification and Investigations

Reward credits may be delayed pending enhanced verification or fraud review. Participants must promptly supply any documentation or information requested by QuickMilly in connection with any referral or reward, including identity, payment, and source-of-funds documentation.

9. Modification or Termination

QuickMilly may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time. Changes do not affect rewards already earned and credited to a Referrer's account at the time of the change, except where a reward is subject to clawback under Section 6.5.

10. Tax and Reporting

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax liabilities arising from rewards received under the Promotion. QuickMilly may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the Promotion is governed by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions of the QuickMilly Terms of Use.

12. General

Participation in the Promotion binds both Referrer and Invited Friend to these Promotion Terms, the QuickMilly Terms of Use, the Sweepstakes Rules, and all applicable laws.
