Bonus Terms

• Gold Coins are for play only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for prizes or cash, and are never subject to redemption — regardless of any usage requirement.
• Sweeps Coins may be redeemable for prizes once all applicable conditions in these terms are met.
• Bonus and promotional coins are issued as either bonus Gold Coins or bonus Sweeps Coins, and are identified as such at the time they are granted.

Before bonus or promotional Sweeps Coins — and any prizes obtained using them — become eligible for redemption, they must be played through a set number of times:

• Bonus and promotional Sweeps Coins must be played from 1 up to 1,000 times the amount granted before becoming eligible for redemption. The exact requirement for each bonus is specified on the applicable promotion or coin package page.
• This requirement applies across all games where bonus or promotional Sweeps Coins are accepted.
• The amount each play contributes toward the requirement is game-dependent, as set out in the table below. Contribution rates are subject to change at any time.
• Until the requirement is met, the applicable bonus or promotional Sweeps Coins — and any associated prizes — remain locked and unavailable for redemption.

Game lists are representative and subject to change at any time. Individual games may contribute at a different rate than the category shown here.

The same contribution rates apply to loyalty point earning: a play that contributes at a reduced rate toward a usage requirement earns loyalty points at that same reduced rate, whether or not You currently hold a bonus or promotional balance.

• Bonus and promotional Sweeps Coins, and any unclaimed or unredeemed bonus tokens, expire after the period specified for the applicable promotion. This period varies by promotion and may range from as little as 24 hours to 12 months (or longer), at our discretion.
• Any bonus or promotional Sweeps Coins — and any associated prizes — that have not satisfied the applicable usage requirement before the expiration date are forfeited.
• Gold Coins bonuses may also carry an expiration period, as specified for the applicable promotion.

• Bonus offers are available only to eligible, verified account holders who meet our eligibility requirements, including minimum-age and permitted-jurisdiction requirements. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one per person, account, household, device, email address and payment method.

• Any attempt to redeem, circumvent or misuse bonus or promotional coins before the applicable usage requirement is met may result in forfeiture of those coins and any associated prizes.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion or any manipulation of promotions — may result in removal of all bonuses and associated prizes, and suspension or closure of the account(s) involved.
• We may add, modify, suspend, revoke or discontinue any bonus offer, contribution rate, usage requirement or expiration period, in whole or in part, at any time and at our sole discretion.
• We may determine, in our sole discretion, whether these terms or any bonus offer have been breached. Our decisions on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions are final.
• Where these Bonus Terms conflict with the published terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion’s terms govern for that promotion.
